GSA Fails to Meet Spending Quota for Small Businesses by $3 Billion

For the seventh consecutive year, the GSA has not met the 23% of funds allotted to small businesses in their budget. Though only missing their target amount by .75%, that amounts to $3 billion, enough to maintain several small businesses across the nation.
